BP003907: Cynomolgus HGF R/c-MET Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Cynomolgus HGF R/c-MET Protein, (amino acids Glu25-Asn930) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The mature form of HGF R is a heterodimer which can be cleaved into α and β chain. The recombinant Cynomolgus HGF R/c-MET protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 32.5 kDa (α chain) and 69.9 kDa (β chain). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-52 kDa (α chain) and 75-82 kDa (β chain) based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Cynomolgus HGF R protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-HGF R Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 38.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Cynomolgus HGF R/c-MET Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Cynomolgus HGF R/c-MET Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
